 Our mission at IS KIMS is to help individuals build confidence through the art of martial art. Our highly trained coaches have raised national champions in both Taekwondo and Judo.

We cater our programs for both recreational practitioners and world class competitors.

taekwondo

"The way of the hand and foot." Learn the art of kicking and hand techniques.  Our TKD classes begin at ages 3.5 and up. We offer a wide variety of classes from traditional to competition.

judo

Learn the Japanese art of wrestling, throwing, and submission.  Our Judo curriculum begins for ages 6 and up.
